Equipped with infrared technology, this automatic saw delivers exceptional cutting precision, minimal errors, and impressive productivity. It boasts an advanced infrared positioning system for accurate cuts, along with pre-boarding mechanisms, vertical saw carts, and a robust clamping system for the longitudinal saw car. The design also includes chain-driven components for the longitudinal saw car, as well as cutting saw heads, cross beams, transverse cars, and cross-cutting saw heads. Additionally, the system incorporates an automatic palletizing unit controlled by a PLC, enabling seamless coordination of all operations. This fully automated cutting system supports two standard board sizes—3×6 feet and 4×8 feet—and is available in three power options: 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, and 11 kW.
