Important Notes
⒈ While the sanding machine is running, the sanding disc, grinding wheel, sandbelt, and polishing wheel can all potentially crack or shatter at any time. Therefore, operators must wear appropriate protective gear, such as goggles, a helmet visor, or other suitable safety equipment, during operation.
⒉ While the machine is running, hands and feet must not touch the abrasive belt, grinding wheel, grinding head, polishing wheel, or any other moving parts.
3. Machines without effective protective measures must not be used.
4. Sanding generates a large amount of dust; be sure to wear a mask while doing it.
5. Sanding equipment should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated area free from direct sunlight.
⒍ When operating an automated sanding machine, it must be equipped with matching dust collection equipment; otherwise, malfunctions, equipment damage, and disruptions to production are highly likely to occur.
7. When belt sanding detects that the abrasive belt is drifting off course, it should be adjusted promptly.
⒏ When using a wheel sander, always verify the correct rotation direction of the grinding wheel and securely lock it in place to prevent the wheel from flying off.
