Equipped with infrared technology, this automatic saw delivers exceptional cutting precision, minimal errors, and impressive productivity. It boasts an infrared-based positioning system for accurate cuts, along with advanced pre-boarding mechanisms, vertical sawing units, and robust clamping systems for the longitudinal saw carriage. The design also incorporates efficient chain-driven components for the longitudinal saw carriage, as well as cutting saw heads, cross beams, transverse carriages, and cross-cutting saw heads. The entire operation is seamlessly managed by a PLC, enabling fully automated stacking of cut panels in two standard sizes: 3×6 feet and 4×8 feet. Available power options include 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, and 11 kW models, catering to diverse production needs.
