What should be paid attention to during the inspection of the hot press machine

Hot press machines need to be operated according to standards during use to ensure their use and personnel safety. And inspection is a very important matter for safety standards. The inspection items need to be noted as follows:
1. Check the heating, lubrication, and transmission status of each motor, reducer, and bearing every 4 hours, and verify the normal operation of the travel switch and pneumatic components.
2. Each vehicle board should pay attention to checking whether the accumulator charging is normal.
3. Always pay attention to whether there is any jamming between the pressure plate, crossbeam, and structure when the press rises. If there is, promptly eliminate the fault. Always check whether the pull rod operation is normal and whether there is any looseness or falling. Lubricate the friction surface of the crossbeam wear-resistant plate once per shift.
4. Slabs, pallets, and rough boards should not stay in the press for too long to prevent fires. In the event of a power outage, the press lowering valve should be manually pushed to lower the press and push out the rough boards.
5. Each slab entering the loading machine should be checked for possible damage to the pallet, and if there is any abnormality, pay attention to the emergency stop button.
6. Pay attention to checking whether the operation of the trolley pushing the slab into the loading machine is normal.
7. Check if there is any blockage when pushing the slab into the press during installation, and if all the rough boards have been pushed out of the press. If not, they should be manually pulled out. Check if the baffle rises and falls properly.
8. Check if there is any abnormal noise or leakage in the hot oil pump.
9. Check if there are any abnormalities in the operation of the front and rear baffles of the press.
10. Check if there is any leakage in the oil pipes of the press and loading/unloading machine.
11. Pay attention to cleaning up the dust adhering to the surface of the heat transfer oil pipe and the structure of the press. No hot work is allowed within the range of the press.
12. Pay attention to checking for any significant iron or foreign objects entering the press to prevent damage to the pressure plate.
13. Always check if there is any looseness or falling of the board gauge, and if so, promptly handle it.
