After deformation, there will be many problems with the hot press plate. The thickness error of each layer of blank is large, and some are too thick. When sanding, the hard layer of sand will fall off, and the sand on the plate will not be present during sanding. In order to reduce quality issues such as surface sand deficiency, roughness, and softness, it is usually necessary to increase the thickness of the rough board and hard layer to ensure a small amount of sanding allowance. The reasons for the deformation of the hot press plate are as follows.
1. Uneven heating, rapid temperature rise during preheating, especially during cold preheating.
When heating with steam, the steam pipes inside the hot press plate may not be smooth or clogged due to scaling, resulting in uneven heat conduction during heating. This causes the temperature of various parts of the hot press plate to rise quickly or slowly, leading to hot press deformation and making it easier for the hot press plate to deform.
During the production process, there may be leakage plates, short flat plates, or individual plates with low density, which can cause the pressure to be set to thickness or result in deformation of the hot press.
4. If the hot press machine has poor board output, the unloading rack gets stuck, and the rear slab collides with the front rough slab, it will cause the fibers in the front of the slab to pile up. If the operator's work cannot be timely researched and discovered, the increase in pressure of the hot press machine can easily lead to the tortuous development and deformation of the hot press plate.
