1. The upper and lower lining plates of the hot press plate are the key, as they are used to protect the surface of the hot press plate, especially the upper lining plate, which can affect the surface quality of the slab. So, it is necessary to regularly disassemble the lining plate, remove dust, dirt, and impurities from it, and replace the upper lining plate once a week to ensure the quality of the finished product.
2. If the hot press is shut down for a long time, the steam condensate in the hot press plate should be drained completely to prevent it from corroding the hot press plate.
Another point to note is the sealing ring of the hot press machine. When replacing the sealing ring of the hot press machine, attention should be paid to safety and avoid bringing in dirt, impurities, etc. Wait until the support plate is fixed before replacing the sealing ring. During the replacement process, attention should be paid to preventing the sealing ring from turning over to avoid affecting its quality.
